I am customer-obsessed. As a leader, my mission is to break organisational boundaries and align product, marketing, sales, and services to deliver fantastic customer experiences. But it’s easier said than done. In order to build a customer-first business, you need your people, systems and processes to be geared towards solving for the customer.
