Today, I head up Customer Success for the UK at Hubspot alongside other CX advisory positions for tech start-ups. I bring with me a decade of industry experience in CX having worked with start-ups, scale-ups and Fortune 500 companies.
I built GTM and CX teams from the ground up, injecting customer-first approaches into organisations of all sizes. My track record includes helping build future-of-work start-up Wndyr as their Head of Operations and leading large CX transformation at Lufthansa.
